To manage decisions

Often, I am here seated, in front of the computer and the ideas don’t flow with the intensity that I would desire... I think about the day just finished and discover that after all the passed time and I didn’t have a single moment to stop... to think... to clear my mind, to decide clearly how to act... before acting. Short moments, which would bring great advantages, if we spend them to decide...
I think that it’s exactly what’s missing in many managers, the sufficient "cold head” to analyze all the available and adjusted information, to be able to take the right decision.
But, did it was at the right moment?
Perhaps the manager wasn’t sensitized enough to this subject and, for such fact, it did not considerer its relevance nor the enclose, without given attention to the signals when these had initiated its tendency for a concerning situation.
As in life, we all considered decisions less so that the things can follow its way. As higher is our position, more complicated we judge the decision.
Therefore in this sequence of ideas, I conclude that being parents, makes us the ones in the top of the "pyramid"... the taken decisions, always change the route of a life... and the life of the one’s more important to us... we need to be constantly alert for small signals... signals that can pass unobserved...
I have given... attempted to give as much as possible attention to these signals... often premeditated to call my attention. So many times that children to call only our attention, opt for having actions, that know not to be the right ones (or less accepted by the society where they belongs) because they’re only intention it’s to call for the most important persons attention… they’re parents... and they... blind for the quotidian tasks that cover they’re vision, don’t understand that something is constantly be left beyond… forgotten... and only needed a little attention... those that cannot see those needs, should they making a wrong lives management?

Wednesday I've got my car fined and towed... it was tremendous the state I stayed for being victim of so big injustice... the car wasn't in paid park and the police wasn't either the author of the occurrence... a managing company of parks in Oeiras zone had dealt with this annoying task.
By existing a parking place in the limit of the free parking zone, I choose it, however... being in the free parking area only turn into major anger of... what should I call him... employee of these companies, who see themselves as judges of the streets... the same streets for which annually we pay the municipal tax... It's in these kind of situations that we conclude that all the money in taxes the drivers spend, probably, its purpose will be exclusively to build paid parking areas to supply these companies for exploration... Immediate result of this "carnival trick" was € 90,00 (according the legislation)... I asked about the procedure before such injustice, but as usual in Portugal, first we will have to pay and only after we present a complain before the DGV with proofs... I express a little smile... not because I find a fun situation, but because immediately I remembered that the major proof had been removed exactly by the same entity that had fined and towed my car.... the proof of my innocence...
Yesterday I just get into DGV website(public body for traffic regulation) only because they said several times they were proceed according the law, it wanted to know the law that describe that situation, having initiated mine search by the Road Code, following to another applicable legislation to the situation in cause... I don't what to reveal results yet. However, I must inform that beyond the respective employees having acted in the wrong way when removed my car, also the respective paid park is not in conformity with the defined in law. Typically in Portugal, the people usually are legally harmed for the existing illegalities, while the authority agents observe calmly.

When I started to write this text this blog exceeded the hundred of visitors... for some forgotten reason, I just left this text unpublished... only now, passing the barrier of 340 visits, already with 15 commentaries and 27 available texts...

With this blog, not only start thinking about questions that long ago passed me unobserved... but also send to all of you... the ones who visit this blog.

However, for me, it is not enough and by a continue analyses performed by me on the statistical results I reach to a conclusion... it will exist significant alterations in this blog in the close future.

I want to leave here, not only the appraise to all of you, who had visited my blog, but also to stimulate your important participation... a special gratefulness to alma de passaro for your important inputs, the commentaries and the ideas for new texts...

It's important, for me, to know the reaction of that side... and this, it is only possible if all how visit this blog leave his opinion about the texts that had read... it's not necessary (even so preferable) that the commentary be extensive, deep or elaborated, but only that it exists.

A very special thanks to all the ones that had been here, that will be and also to everyone else... I am still thankful for the sporadic visitors and to the ones that, even not having Portuguese as residence language, had visit this blog...

The photograph...
World of emotions frozen in time... feelings left in colour harmony... just that, colours... full of subjectivity for the eyes of the observer... the debate of ideas and thoughts generated by the particular vision of each observer, motivated for the particularity of the traced route's destiny...
In any photographs, never the photographer obtains to inquire itself for complete about the environment and surrounding forms... become, for it, an anxiety increasing, culminating in the moment that he reviews it in paper.
For us, the photograph is where we find reflected the most representative moments in our existence... such doesn't resume to this fact... the photograph, in it's essence, not shows a unforgettable moment but... an unique image of a sequence that's keeped in memory associated to special feelings....
There are small moments in my life that where recorded forever... images that we holding back... moments that become unforgettable.
In a large number of these moments, I can find my son... with only five years old, he has already offered to me moments that I qualify as unforgettable... to all provided, for sure he left me riched... not only for the experiences in it's essence, but for what I could keep, for what I could learned again...
In this world, the life... the traced way for destiny become cyclic... we just return to key points key of our existence, already pasts, when we are collated with unique moments only that stimulate for concerns, feelings already forgotten...
The world doesn't stop and the evolution, many times we feel that, it continues leaving us behind... forgotten.
We don't truly understand that the time never stops and that we keep losing real life... we only giving small steps when finally we understand that we are "one year older"... or when another Christmas has passed ...
All these moments just ended to be, memories, something to be to remember.
